Job Description

Lead, Full Stack Developer

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of our delivery initiatives.

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and Django.

2. Build robust and scalable backend systems using Python, Heroku, AWS, and APIs.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

4. Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.

5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

About you

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with frameworks like Django and Node.js.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Heroku.

AWS Services like S3, RDS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Glue

Heroku add ons like Postgres, Papertrail, Scheduler

Understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Desired Skills

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.

Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
