Group Leader- New Installation (Supervisor)

Responsibility:

• Plan the project, distribute and monitor the performance of installation engineers - Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations
• Assembly - Supervise the execution the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies and documentation.
• Ensure Process implementation and improvements (Pull, Site readiness, Audits etc)
• Regular follow up on site updates and WIPs.
• Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues.
• Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning.
• Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team - Work proactively to avoid fire fighting and control cycle time.
• Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality
