Area Sales Manager - Ultrasound Machines/Imaging Equipments (8-12 yrs)

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve annual operating plan for the ultrasound distribution business.

Customer Engagement:

- Conduct periodic customer engagement workshops and CMEs to build and strengthen customer relationships across with key hospitals, diagnostic centers, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation, capability building, retention, and alignment with business goals.

Market Intelligence:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer needs to shape sales and marketing efforts.

Revenue & Profitability:

- Drive sales performance while ensuring profitability through effective pricing, cost control, and value-based selling.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sales practices while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
