Project Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Preparing site material quantity and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

Individually Manage Site Execution as per Drawings with strong knowledge of executing civil, interior landscape works.

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Should be capable of handling 4- 5 individual project execution with minimal guidance, have a good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on check BOQ & attend regular site client meetings.

Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

Assignments require independent action decision-making as well as the ability to work with others.

Complete the work as per scheduled deadline

Preferred candidate profile

Civil site Execution Knowledge & Residential building experience would be advantage

Bike and kannada mandatory
