React.js Developer - HTML5/CSS3 (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our growing engineering team.

As a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for developing complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of user-facing features using React.

Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable front-end architectures, ensuring modularity and performance.

Code Quality and Review: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Conduct code reviews to ensure high coding standards and best practices.

Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration: Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services into the frontend application.

Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing to foster growth within the team.

Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Testing and Deployment: Ensure the application is fully tested (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests), and deploy using modern CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 4+ years focused on React development.

Proficiency in React: Strong expertise in React, JSX, React Hooks, and React Router.

State Management: Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or React Context.

UI/UX: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive applications.

JavaScript/ES6+: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).

Frontend Technologies: Solid experience with HTML5 CSS3 and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.

Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e. g., Bootstrap, Material UI).

Version Control: Experience with Git and Git workflows.

Testing: Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme and E2E testing tools like Cypress or Selenium.

Build Tools: Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp.

API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Agile/CI/CD: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
