About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Architect to join our engineering team.

As a QA Architect, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing the overall quality strategy for our software products.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust testing frameworks, driving test automation initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement the overall QA strategy and roadmap for the organization.

- Design and architect robust and scalable test automation frameworks.

- Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

- Define and implement testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.

- Ensure effective integration of testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Lead the development and implementation of automated test suites for various testing types (e.g , functional, regression, performance, security).

- Guide the team in implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks.

- Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to testing processes.

- Mentor and guide QA engineers on best practices in testing and automation.

- Lead and motivate the QA team to achieve high-quality results.

- Collaborate effectively with development, product management, and other stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in testing technologies, tools, and methodologies.

- Research and evaluate new testing tools and technologies.

- Drive the adoption of new testing methodologies and best practices within the organization.

- Identify and assess quality risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and track key quality metrics and report on the overall quality of software releases.

- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 5 years of experience in a QA Architect or Lead role.

- Strong experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (e.g, Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).

- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g , Agile testing, BDD, TDD).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
