Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in the company database and systems.
• Verify data by comparing it with source documents.
• Organize and maintain data files for easy retrieval and reference.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data as needed.
• Respond to data-related queries from team members and provide timely resolutions.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 4050 WPM or higher).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures and office equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
