Job Description :

• Scrutiny of applications of NRI account.
• Ensuring smooth onboarding of NRI clients in close co-ordination with the internal KYC department within the stipulation timeline.
• Ensuring 100% Compliance for NRI Accounts both at KYC and Statutory Reporting
• Co-ordinate with the bank team to open PIS account.
• Respond to escalations and perform root cause analysis for all issues raised by Clients and Internal departments
• Create the Periodic MIS & Performance Deck and share with the Management
• Identify areas of improvements and refine the Processes, update the SOPs from time to time in consultation with the business.
• Monitoring system on regular intervals and keeping a check on quality of processing, ensuring all the accounts are opened within the set Turn Around Time
• Taking initiatives for process improvement and ensuring that the approved changes in the account opening process are incorporated smoothly.
