Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Compliance and Audit Coordination:

• Oversee compliance audits at branch locations and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate efficient audit processes and implement follow-up actions based on audit findings.

2. Branch Opening/Shifting/Closure:

• Manage the logistics and compliance requirements for opening new branches, relocating existing branches, or closing branches as needed.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Branch-Related Queries:

• Address and resolve inquiries related to branch operations and compliance from internal teams and external parties.
• Provide guidance to branch staff on compliance-related matters to foster a culture of adherence.

4. CRM Issues:

• Collaborate with CRM teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to branch operations.
• Ensure that CRM systems are updated with the correct compliance-related information.

5. Inter-Department Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between branches and other departments to coordinate various business-related processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
