Sales Support Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams and the corporate office for PMS, AIF, and Mutual Fund business requirements.
• Liaise with Alternate Operations, Mutual Fund Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams for daily activities and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and collate performance data for PMS and AIF strategies.
• Ensure seamless communication between various departments to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Support the sales team with data, reports, and information to enhance business outcomes.
• Assist in resolving operational queries and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Familiarity with financial products like PMS, AIF, and Mutual Funds.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
