Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Data Analysis & MIS

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing MIS and Analytical Reports: Compile and analyse various data points including brokerage to generate reports that provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making.
• Co-ordination with stake holders: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for brokerage and MIS related activities to ensure smooth & effective operations.
• Preparing Presentations: Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for meetings and sales support functions.
• Supporting Special Projects & automation: Supporting in implementation of special projects, regulatory checks, process streamlining with focus on automation.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of brokerage & other data reporting and analysis.
• Ad-hoc Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports and analyse as required by the management to support various business needs.

Essential Skills Required

• Ability to communicate effectively with service providers and internal departments and establish effective working relationships
• Microsoft Office proficiency with strong emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong analytical & automation skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Required to hold a professional accounting or finance degree
• 1-2 years of experience of handling RTA Operations preferably in MIS & Brokerage data analysis
• Good knowledge of Mutual fund operations & regulations.
