Litigation Strategy Execution

- Provide inputs in setting sound processes and system to monitor and implement the MACT claims strategy

- Ensure active participation in National & Monthly Lok Adalat for conciliation of all genuine claims

Approvals & control

- Evaluate & technically assess court awards & conciliation proposals to arrive at a just compensation

- Ensure strict processing of claims in system as per the awards/approvals from competent authority

- Decide the line of defense before the court in order to effectively defend the case.

Relationship Management

- Co-ordinate with Legal & Compliance team for executing Power of Attorney, NCDR & Supreme court matters including SLP, Writ petition.
