Assistant Manager - Area Training

An ATM will be responsible for managing a team of NFTE trainer 10-11 members who are deployed at various locations of Rajasthan, need to travel to these locations as well for their development and onboarding them.

Need to drive New hired productivity via self OJTs and team input (OJT/Refresher and other methods)

Need to drive new Business and Training initiatives for the improvement in productivity or related to quality

Need to do stakeholder management - need to see what they are looking, how can we mitigate the gaps and build a strong relation between sales and training
