Job Description
- Essential Responsibilities
SMS upload on daily basis and inform the SMS status to the requestor of the SMSs
Curing of disapproved SMSs on daily basis
Curing and analysis of Netcore reject file
Department wise SMS review (Start reviewing Statement SMSs)
Follow-up with the owners of reject SMSs
Weekly update on Netcore reject SMSs and reject count. - Ensuring the completion for all the activities in order to adhere to TRAI guidelines.
Downloading and sharing SMS repository on daily basis.
Weekly tracking and update on Netcore reject SMSs and reject count
Responsible for regular review of SMS repository - like redundant sms to be removed, revised SMS as per the changed process etc
Customer life cycle journey wise plotting of SMS verbiages and emails
vernacular SMS/emails
