Role Purpose

The role is responsible for complete ownership of Originations Applications Solutions Architecture, Technology Leadership in Originations Area and Non Mainframe Applications Solutions Architecture for the organization.

Role Accountability

1. Architect solutions in non mainframe technologies including Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Netflix OSS microservices Frameworks
2. Provide technology leadership in API (Rest) and Web Services (SOAP) - Service exposure and consumption
3. Provide Leadership in Mobile Application Frameworks - Cordova, PhoneGap, Ionic
4. Oversee identification and implementation of solution architecture of business problems
5. Provide technology leadership in release management with DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube
6. Ensure strategic program delivery in Originations Area from Technology Leadership perspective
7. Define solution architecture consultancy for all non mainframe applications of SBI Card IT landscape
8. Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

1. Voice of customer from stakeholders
2. Number of projects delivered with First Time Right
3. Serviceability and uptime of applications as per defined SLAs
4. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation
5. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Knowledge of Non Mainframe / Web based application skills - Spring Boot Microservices, APIs, Apache Camel based middlewares
2. Knowledge of Mobile Application Development Platforms - Cordova, Phonegap, Ionic, React Native
3. Team & Stakeholder management skills
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Database design with extensive Knowledge of Databases and SQLs (Non-Administration) - Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
