ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to drive and implement an effective marketing and sales strategy for the branch in order to build SBFC into the trusted lender of
choice, while ensuring sourcing is done from desired customer profiles
ROLE DETAILS

• Initiate Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning

26 November: Morvi
27 November : Rajkot
28 November : Gurukul , Maninagar
29 November : Vadodara
30 November : Surat (Till 2 PM), Vapi(from 2 PM)
Walking Timings: 10 AM to 4 PM
Fresher & Experience Both are eligible for interview
Qualifications and Technical Skills
o Effective communication of individual target expectation and team target expectation to the team and
plan accordingly • Graduate Degree
• Knowledge of finance industry, o Adherence of daywise sales plan for self and his team for market activities
o Ensuring regular follow up to track progress of team and take corrective action wherever required • Experience of branch sales and
operations in NBFCs
Overall and Specific Experience o Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities (Door to
Door marketing, Pamphlet distribution), coordinate with Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager for
activities which will be done in conjunction with other branch staff • 3+ years of overall experience
Key Behavioural Attributes of maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales report by team
• Financial Acumen
o interact with branch operations team to check existing borrower (EB) customer calling for up selling
o Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments • Analytical Thinking
• Sales orientation• Generating new business and ensure the productivity month on month basis Key Interactions

• Improve branch Sales efficiency and effectiveness
o Branch Manager
o Regional Business Head
o Auditor
o Proper beat planning for door to door/ shop to shop activities in areas to increase customer connect
o Collect references from all customers and ensure timely calling and sending SMSs to all leads to
increase conversion rate
o Area Credit Manager
o Planning customer visits to old customers/ HNI customers who have closed accounts to bring them
back to SBFC
External
o External Authorities for driving any
activities in area
o follow up on interest collection to minimise penal charges for each customer and increase customer
loyalty
o Society Secretary
o Vendors
o Attend all trainings on policy and process changes as and when required• Recruitment and training of field sales officer
