Sberbank is currently looking for a Customer Support Manager (call center) to ensure an excellent support for corporate clients in our office in Delhi. This role focuses on developing the service and support function for the existing clients of the company.
Role & responsibilities
1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Providing accurate and relevant information to customers about products, services, policies, and procedures.
3. Resolving customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause of the problem and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience in a Call Center for corporate banking services 2+ years
2. Experience in the Customer Service field 2+ years
3. Good knowledge of corporate banking products: letter of credit, banking guarantees, corporate loans & accounts etc.
4. Knowledge of IT systems
