Sberbank Branch in India received a universal license for banking operations in the Republic of India in 2010. The main task of the Branch is servicing the Russian-Indian trade turnover, providing modern banking services and products to corporate clients participating in foreign economic activity, developing relations with banks and exchanges. The main business of the Branch is working with corporate clients and financial institutions; retail services are provided to employees of Russian foreign institution in India.

Responsibilities:

Structuring debt securities (NCD, bonds, etc.) and hedging instruments across platforms (NSE, MOEX, GIFT city exchanges, etc.) as well as OTC
Structuring investment transactions while working directly with clients (FPI, Indian corporates, banks, etc.)
Development of structured products with a cross-border component and respective internal regulation documents
Onboarding brokers, custodians, exchanges and other counterparties in the investment process
Managing the process of approval and signing documentation with counterparties, execution of the investment deals

Requirements:

degree in economics or finance from a top university
deep practical knowledge of corporate bonds, derivatives, cross-border transactions and related regulations
successful 6+ year experience in structured products, including an extensive track-record of executed transactions
developed professional communication skills, fluent written and spoken English

Conditions:
