Assistant Client Relationship Manager

Sberbank (Indian branch) is looking for an Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding team in our Mumbai office. This pivotal role focuses on driving growth and expanding the business within the Indian corporate business sector, with an emphasis on international collaboration and business development strategies.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist with active approach to targeted B2B clients within the local market (telephone, emails, meetings)

- Search for new client leads

- Assist with management of relationships with existing customers

- Conduct market research (analyze competitors market, efficiency of sales strategy etc.)

- Compliance with performance levels (KPI - Key performance indicators)

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in banking B2B sales (medium and large business)

- Good knowledge of banking corporate products (B2B) - letter of credit, corporate loans, corporate accounts, banking guarantees

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Business travel capability
