Job Title Manager - Product Manager

Job description: (in brief)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Using digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities.

- Optimization across digital touchpoints across properties for defined KPIs

- Develop product roadmap and define MVP and future releases in collaboration with business team

- Define use cases and stories along with UX for the implementation

- Digitising experience by launching features & enhancing user experience.

- Driving digital KPIs through AB testing, Multivariate testing personalised features & products.

- Use analytics tools to effectively measure, analyse and quantify the impact of all products, features, use cases to educate relevant stakeholders.

- Work closely with the tech and design team to deliver product implementation

- Test new product features before they are implemented to ensure adherence to product specification.

- Collaborate with internal, business and external stakeholders to ensure development and delivering of digital products.

- Coordinate with Business teams, participant community & others to define PRDs for different apps, SDKs, other technology components, etc.

- Coordinate with external agencies for testing & certification of apps;

- Create, maintain & monitor product milestone & timeline plans for different apps & technology components;

Ideal Candidate and qualifications and experiences

- BE / BTech / MTech / MCA / MBA

- 5-8 Years of Product Management experience

- At least 5-8 years of hands-on product management experience, with proven expertise in business requirements gathering & analysis;

- Understanding of Open APIs

- Knowledge of GitHub and SwaggerHub

- Knowledge of Blockchain would be an added advantage
