Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor

Savvy is a progressive construction company that believes in changing the paradigm of the construction business by adopting innovative technologies. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and interior maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical knowledge base and the ability to make logical and technical decisions on-site. They will coordinate with clients, consultants, and teams to ensure the efficient execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Civil Maintenance and Repairs:

• Oversee civil work such as flooring, tiling, repairs, and new construction projects.

2. Plumbing and Piping Work:

• Estimate and execute piping works, including ring networks and pump hydraulics.
• Conduct welding tests, pressure tests, and compliance inspections.
• Ensure proper selection and installation of firefighting components (e.g., sprinkler ratings, landing valves, hose lengths, branch pieces).

3. Electrical Systems:

• Mark and dimension all electrical equipment accurately.
• Calculate and manage the inventory of electrical equipment as per project drawings and site requirements.
• Oversee the installation of low-voltage systems such as Public Address (PA), Fire Alarm (FA), CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including Fluke Test reporting and ELVC communication cable installation.

4. HVAC Systems:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Manage service dispatch, scheduling, and workforce allocation to ensure optimal system performance.

5. Material Management and Coordination:

• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Schedule the timely delivery of materials on-site through continuous follow-up and preparation of proper Purchase Orders (PO).

6. General Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform and supervise interior maintenance tasks, including furniture repair, building new furniture, and painting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E. Civil/ Electrical
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with relevant work.
• Excellent technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in firefighting system installations and CP sanitary fittings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
