Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven MBA to accelerate our Refer & Earn program, strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, and drive measurable results in student conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our referral network, increasing brand engagement, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes
- Grow the Refer & Earn Program - Increase referral enrollments by 30% through targeted outreach and campaigns.
- School & College Partnerships - Establish collaborations with a minimum of 10 new institutions per month to expand brand reach.
- Lead Generation & Conversions - Generate at least 50 qualified leads per month and contribute to student enrollments.
- Brand Building & Awareness - Organize at least 3 marketing events/seminars per month to create strong brand visibility.
- Partner Relationship Management - Maintain and strengthen ties with existing and new partners, ensuring a steady student pipeline.
- On-Ground Marketing Execution - Conduct structured field visits and engagement activities to maximize direct outreach.
Requirements
- Education: Pursuing/completed MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales-oriented approach.
- Transport: Must have own vehicle for field visits.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Availability: Ready to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
