Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• The promotion of our Co. to connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communication through social media, and web-based advertising, but also text and multimedia messages as a marketing channel.
• Connect with target audiences, drive engagement and achieve business objectives through digital means
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences. compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies. coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews. managing production and performance of multimedia content.
• Their primary objective is to generate leads and increase sales by driving traffic to the company's website or social media channels.
• Analyzing customer data and user behavior to find trends and insights
• Working with other teams to ensure digital campaigns align with brand goals
• Preparing a budget for digital marketing campaigns
• Researching what competitors are doing and suggesting ways to stay ahead
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with different media vendors and agencies

Preferred candidate profile

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
• Digital marketing knowledge - A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Analytical skills- The ability to use data analysis tools to collect and process information about target audiences, such as what content they consume, online purchases, and search queries
• Communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools- Proficiency in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics, ad serving tools like DART and Atlas, and marketing automation tools
• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
