Saivion India is searching for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Graphic & Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the entire design process, from conceptualizing ideas to delivering high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand user needs and translate them into impactful UI/UX designs.
Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand guidelines.
Develop user experience (UX) flows that are intuitive, efficient, and cater to user needs.
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for creating user-centered designs with a keen eye for detail.

Bonus Points:

Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io) is a plus.
Knowledge of design systems and UI component libraries is a plus.

1. Strong Portfolio: This is the most crucial skill. A strong portfolio showcases your design capabilities, problem-solving approach, and visual communication style. It should demonstrate your understanding of UI/UX principles applied to real-world projects.

2. UI/UX Design Expertise: This encompasses both the visual aspects (UI) and the user experience (UX) considerations. You should be proficient in creating user interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and user-friendly. Understanding user research and applying it to design decisions is a plus.

3. Proficiency in Design Tools: Employers look for designers comfortable with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io is an added benefit.

4. Communication and Collaboration: The ability to effectively communicate your design ideas to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders is essential. Collaboration is key in the design process, so being a team player is important.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills are needed to translate user needs into effective design solutions. You should be able to identify design challenges, brainstorm solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
