Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager - IT, the Senior Application Support Engineer - IT will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, combined with hands-on experience in automating workflows using Power Automate and delivering actionable insights using Power BI. This role will focus on optimizing customer relationship management processes, enhancing data reporting, and automating business operations to drive efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business requirements. Customize forms, views, workflows, and plugins to enhance CRM functionality. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems. Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate to streamline operations. Build, manage, and monitor automated flows for improved efficiency and user experience. Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI to support real-time decision-making. Analyze CRM and operational data with Power BI, providing actionable insights for business improvement. Integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 for comprehensive reporting across applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring effective utilization of D365, Power Automate, and Power BI. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate D365 with other systems for seamless data flow. Update and maintain CRM configurations and workflows to meet evolving business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. Stay current with new features and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions. Pre-requisites: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, configuration, administration, and integration with third-party systems and APIs. Expertise in Power Apps, Sharepoint, Power Automate for workflow automation and Power BI for reporting and analytics. Proficient in customizing D365 CRM entities, forms, workflows, and building complex reports and dashboards in Power BI. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; adept at managing priorities in fast-paced environments. Track record of delivering excellent customer service and support. Microsoft certifications in D365, Power Automate, or Power BI (preferred). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, rotational shifts. Eagerness to learn new technologies and applications aligned with company needs.
