- We are looking for a dynamic individual who will manage our fast-growing healthcare distribution base, sales team, and key accounts.
- This is a high impact role with direct impact on the growth of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to partners/merchants across the city and on-board them on SaveIN.
- Demonstrate the SaveIN product suite and train the partner and its staff on the product.
- Achieve onboarding and sales targets by working with partners.
- Address merchant and customer queries for key business processes.
- Identify the needs of partners and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver superior solutions for customers.
- Act as a product, domain, and market expert through presentations, demo videos and work on referrals provided by the merchants.
- Train & manage a team of motivated individuals to expand the brand's presence across multiple cities & geographies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-6 years' prior industry related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
