Business Development Manager - Supply

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

• Identify and develop new market opportunities, making recommendations based on industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Own the supply plan for the designated region to meet business objectives.
• Manage and maintain suppliers relationship driving growth and ensure periodic inventory quality audits.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance business relationships and overcome challenges.

Operational Efficiencies

• Regular training to partners/drivers on end-to-end deliverables.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement, and retention of old/new partners.
• Ensure seamless supply operations, resolving issues effectively and ethically.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supply-side processes.
• Continuously analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Supply Growth & Vendor Management

• Plan and execute initiatives to expand supply and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts with partners to ensure the best pricing and margins.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyse supplier reports to assess service quality, pricing, and fulfilment.
• Implement newer ways to improve inventory allocation and supplier engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduation Mandatory
• Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development/Sales
