Key Responsibilities:
- SAP HANA Management: Oversee upgrades, maintenance, and optimize SAP modules in collaboration with departments.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain hardware and networking, ensuring system integrity and availability.
- Security & Compliance: Develop IT security policies, monitor for breaches, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for procurement and system maintenance.
- Strategic IT Alignment: Facilitate communication between IT and other departments, analyze technology trends, and drive improvements to support business objectives.
