Role & responsibilities

STRONG NETWORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Develop and enforce comprehensive IT compliance policies to meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Spearhead governance processes for IT operations, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs for IT Staff & employees to enhance competencies in IT applications and security practices.
• Offer technical assistance to users and contract IT staff, streamlining processes for swift resolution of IT issues.
• Innovate and implement new technology solutions to drive productivity and efficiency gains.
• Enforce company policies on internet usage and software installations, monitoring for adherence and security.
• Administer network operations, ensuring robustness and prompt troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular data backups, guaranteeing protection against data loss due to unforeseen events.
• Collaborate with management to strategise the incorporation of new technologies for operational enhancement.
• Liaise with various departments, ensuring optimal utilisation of cutting-edge technology tools.
• Oversee IT administration, including MDM, patch management, server, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage IT and software asset lifecycles, maintaining rigorous documentation and inventories.
• Maintain the integrity of ISMS & IT Governance frameworks.
• Undertake vendor management for IT procurements and contract negotiations.
• Formulate and implement IT BCP/DR Plans.
• Internal audits on ISMS are conducted to improve IT practices continuously.
• Expertise in IT compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving IT governance goals.
• Proven project management skills, with an ability to prioritise and deliver complex projects within deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail in documentation, issue resolution, and case follow-up.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and team building.
