Crm Executive

Objective of this Role:

The objective of this role is to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction through effective resolution of concerns, and lead post-sales operations to guarantee seamless

service delivery and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Escalate and resolve concerns raised by clients.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with the service.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill business needs effectively.
• Lead post-sales CRM operations, including payments and collections.
• Regularly monitor project progress and update clients accordingly.
• Ensure timely completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documentation related to sales and service.
• Maintain relationships with clients and coordinate on queries from booking formalities to possession.
• Assist clients with queries related to legal, agreement, registration, taxation, banking, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures, ensuring effective implementation throughout the process.
• Identify discrepancies and notify management promptly.
• Prepare various reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas and experienced in handling ERP (Sales Tracking Software).
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• 6 - 8 Years of experience in Real Estate Industry Preferred.
