Job Description:
- Run a strong governance and control framework by evaluating reports and performing various due diligence on day-to-day operational tasks that are critical and non-negotiable to ensure effective qualitative delivery.
- Manage all recruitment related MIS and data and ensure accurate and timely reports, dashboards, talent insights at pre-designated periodicity (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual).
- The incumbent will be working very closely with the TA head and Leadership teams to build talent insights, build quality indicators and publish effective metrics to drive continuous improvements on key CTPs and CTQs.
- Work closely with the TA leadership team on building and driving the TA Budgets.
Build strong analytics and reports which supports expense management.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Recruitment back office and Finance teams) for monthly cost provisioning in finance books on various recruitment cost overheads.
- Build and run a strong vendor governance framework on performance score-cards, spend indicators and compliance & regulatory checks for all channel partners.
Work closely with CPT to ensure contract management.
- Work with cross functional teams (CPT, Risk Management, RM team, Global Compliance Marketing team, KI Independence team, KI Markets team and other on-shore teams w.t to SAN requests) to help ensure governance and compliance on all parameters while participating in any industry events like career fairs or recruitment drives.
- Perform audits and publish periodic reports on pre-defined key controls of the recruitment function.
- Drive centralized TA events - TA all hands, vendor meets, project manage weekly TA staff meetings etc.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modelling to forecast hiring needs and trends.
- Identify patterns and trends in recruitment data to optimize workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Any stream of Graduation, PG or MBA
- 12-15 years of strong experience in HR/ Business operations with strong orientation to data, analytics, process controls and governance.
