SatSure - Manager - Content Marketing (6-8 yrs)

- Seeking Content Marketing Manager with expertise in creating strategic content solutions to address client needs and align with sales and demand generation goals.

Role & Responsibilities:

- To develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience personas, and market trends.

- To analyze content performance metrics using Google analytics and Hubspot to leverage insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement for demand gen and lead generation

- To review and audit existing content to identify opportunities for improvement. Update outdated information, optimize underperforming pages, and remove or redirect irrelevant content. Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content assets.

- To prioritize user experience by optimizing website navigation, improving page load times, and enhancing mobile responsiveness. Create intuitive and accessible marketing asset designs that make it easy for users to find and consume your content.

- To create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that provides value to your audience along with following basic keyword research and on-page optimization. Focus on addressing user intent and answering their queries comprehensively. Incorporate multimedia elements like images, videos, and infographics to enhance content appeal.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 6-8 years relevant experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology industries.

Must have:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team of content creators.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content distribution channels for B2B, and analytics tools such as SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Hubspot.
