Associate Manager - Legal

Qualifications & Experience* :

• Law graduate with 5-7 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of practice as an Advocate, familiar with High Court rules & procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• *RERA Karnataka* : Handle cases independently, coordinate with external counsel, negotiate settlements.
• Manage cases at District, State, and National Commissions, as well as High Court & Civil Court.
• *Court Representation* : Attend Courts & Quasi-Judicial Institutions for consumer disputes.
• *Litigation & Compliance* : Represent the company in legal proceedings, sign pleadings, and provide evidence when required.
• *Negotiation* : Attend customer meetings and assist in dispute resolution.
• Provide legal opinions, develop case strategies, and minimize risk exposure.
• *Legal Research & Compliance:* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with authorities.
• Good in English communication, Microsoft PPT and Excel.
