Senior Architectural Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design and Development.
• Project Coordination and Collaboration with team
• Preparation of documentation and presentation.
• Design Innovation and Creativity in all projects.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
• Liaisoning with agencies clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Manage client relationships effectively and maintain communication throughout the project.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
• Provide team support and work collaboratively with other team members.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other team members to incorporate necessary revisions.
• Support the architectural design process by creating accurate and precise drafts based on conceptual designs.
• Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans under the supervision of Principal architect.
• Network and consult with industry professionals to stay updated on trends and practices.

Relevant work experience:

• Strong portfolio and several years of experience as an Architect.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to network effectively with clients, vendors, and other professionals.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused approach.
• Proficiency in CAD and other 3D software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree: B. Arch or Diploma in Architecture (or equivalent qualification).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
