Head - IT & Digital Transformation (15-20 yrs)

The Head of IT & Digital Transformation will lead the GCC's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with global technology objectives. This role will drive digital innovation, enhance operational efficiencies, and oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation initiatives.

- Develop and execute the GCC's IT roadmap in alignment with global IT and business strategy.

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk management, and global and local regulatory standards.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and cloud solutions.

- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and process re-engineering.

- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, identifying areas for digitalization.

- Oversee IT infrastructure, data centers, and enterprise architecture.

- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, risk mitigation, and data protection strategies.

- Manage cloud adoption and optimize hybrid IT environments.

- Collaborate with global IT teams and business leaders to drive IT-enabled growth.

- Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and outsourcing partners.

- Oversee IT procurement and budget management.

- Build and mentor a high-performing IT & digital transformation team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.

- Drive change management and digital literacy across the organization.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise technology management.

- Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation (RPA), AI/ML, and ERP systems.

- Experience in managing large-scale IT operations and multi-country stakeholder management.

- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and compliance regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications like PMP, TOGAF, or CISA preferred.
