Job Description
- Provide technical support to Central and Distributed teams
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Low Code/No Code tools
- Create and maintain SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
- Design and build dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
- Manage and resolve tickets through a ticketing system
- Communicate effectively with business teams operating in rural India
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Low Code/No Code automation tools
- Basic programming skills in any language
- Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of rural Indian market dynamics and challenges
- Good to have
- Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language (Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience working with sales teams or in a sales support role
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
