Level 2 Manager

Mission:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as the Level 2 Sarralle India Responsible. This role involves supporting the headquarters main responsible, managing a .NET development team of 4 to 10 developers, and overseeing the optimization of steel plant production through Level 2 MES software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis and Task Implementation: Assist the headquarters main responsible in implementing assigned development tasks.
• Team Planning and Management: Plan and manage the .NET development team, including defining task durations, assigning responsibilities, and setting delivery deadlines.
• Technical Support and Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to the development team to optimize outcomes.
• Application of Modern Development Methodologies: Ensure the implementation of contemporary development practices to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Special Development Tasks: Lead special development projects as required.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in team coordination.
• Expertise in .NET C# Backend development.
• Experience in WPF .NET C# Frontend development.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.

Skills:

• Logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Practical and proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic abilities.

Languages:

Fluency in English is mandatory.
