Human Resources Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at the Sarovar Hotels Corporate Office Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition & Development initiatives as well as HRMS & HR MIS data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management
• A minimum of one year's experience in Human Resources in a reputed hotel chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong expertise with MS Office, Power BI and relevant AI Tools.
