Job Role:

Provided guidance and leadership to teaching staff to ensure the highest possible standard of pupil care, record keeping and communication were present.

• Maintained a visible presence on a daily basis and at school events, creating and maintaining an effective partnership with parents.
• Provided support and guidance to newly hired graduate teachers, supply teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring induction procedures were performed.

• Consistently acted as an excellent role model, promoting high expectations for all members of the school community.

• Ensured Teaching Assistants consistently delivered high-quality support for teaching and learning staff, monitoring performance and providing guidance as needed.

• Collaborated with teachers to understand and improve classroom conditions.
