OverView :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Headmistress to lead our Kindergarten team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for young children. As Headmistress, you will work closely with staff, students, and parents to foster academic, social, and emotional growth, while maintaining a safe, supportive, and innovative educational atmosphere.
Responsibility :
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Kindergarten.
Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff, promoting professional development.
Foster a safe and caring environment for students, addressing any welfare concerns.
Engage with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.
Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and educational guidelines.
Manage school resources, including budgeting for supplies and staffing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the wider community and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A deep commitment to the growth and development of young children.
Experience in managing staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators, manage daily operations, and make informed decisions to ensure the smooth running of the kindergarten.
Curriculum Development: Expertise in designing and implementing age-appropriate, engaging, and developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with early childhood education standards.
