Role & responsibilities

1. Maintenance Platform: Electrical and instrumentation

2. Should have experience Inspections and maintenance activities of field instruments and troubleshooting as well.

3. Instrument calibration.

4. Equipment inspection.

5. Repairing or replacing faulty components.

6. Troubleshooting.

7. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and equipment inventory.

8. Safety compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

9. Installing new equipment: Install new machinery or equipment

10. Should Knowledge of control Panel Wiring

11. Resource to be proactive on indicating possible shortages of spare material or any material required for maintenance.

12. SP list and additional consumables parts list will be shared

13. CLO2 samplings with residual analyzers.

14. Bacteria collection and delivery to lab (LONESTAR to be confirmed).

15. Fill at each inspection checklist operation and submit daily report, within the end of the date

16. Verify pending chemicals (25ton remaining to be supplied by DN, to be confirmed)

17. Pipeline Cleaning and Leakage handling.

• Inspections and maintenance activities as recommended in the operation manual.
• Documentation.
• 2 visits per week.

4 visits emergency - to be at site within 24hrs

• Sample collection and analysis and weekly report to confirm instrumentation feedback.
• Chemical unloading activities and chemical stock management.
• ITI/ Diploma in Electrical and Instrumentation, Mechanical or equivalent
• Industry: Chemical Familiar with Control Systems and standards both international and of Major Chemical, Oil & Gas Companies
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of past progressive and extensive experience in Maintenance, erection, and commissioning Activity.
• Should knowledge of Plant Safety.
