Compliance of All GST functions,uploading Data in GST Portal, including Liaison, assessments, SCN Litigation, Drafting Appeals, attending hearings adjurnments, coordinating with Legal Counsel etc.

Ensuring compliance of indirect taxes provisions applicable on all Inward transactions (procurement of Inputs, input services, capital goods), out ward transactions (supply of goods and services) and also transactions liable for Reverse charge taxes.

Ensuring Proper accounting of indirect taxes on all transactions.
Monitoring accounting of Purchase transactions
Contributing in Accounts finalisation and preparation of Final accounts of a listed Entity
Keeping track of all new notifications, circulars, amendments etc., Interpreting them and ensuring proper implementation of the same.
Timely and proper submission of all returns, applications, replies etc. on the portal and the department as required by the Provisions. Preparation of GST annual return and GST Audit reconciliations.
GST compliance in SAP in coordination with systems team and also enabling generation of reports and returns from SAP for uploading into GST portal.
Liasioning and dealing with the GST/Customs departments in respect of all matters including Audit, assessment, adjudication etc.
Drafting replies to Show cause notices and queries received from various Govt. departments, attending personal hearings, drafting appeals.
Coordination with legal counsel for proper representation of cases
Coordination between all plants/locations of Sarda Group for GST Compliance and GST litigation.
