Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership with over 7 years of experience and proven expertise in delivering high-value products.

- Experience as a Scrum Master will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.

- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical requirements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum settings.

- Conduct market and user research to guide product development.

-Monitor and measure product performance and success metrics.

Required Qualifications:.

- 7+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.

- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple product backlogs.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA.

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

- Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
