Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and supplies.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Marketing Assistance:
Assist in planning and executing email campaigns and marketing activities.
Update and manage customer databases using CRM tools.
Draft, schedule, and send marketing emailers to clients and prospects.
Support the creation of marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
Coordinate marketing materials and provide administrative support for campaigns.
