Finance and Accounts - Assistant Manager/Manager

Your Primary Role:

• Oversee the entire finance function including P&L and balance sheet finalization.
• Head the Accounts Payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Manage treasury relationships with banks, optimizing cash flow and funding arrangements.
• Conduct budget analysis and prepare monthly MIS reports to monitor financial performance.
• Support management in the implementation of financial processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and agreements relevant to financial operations.
• Review GST data and tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Corporate Accounting activities.
• Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing finance functions and treasury relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with Cargo wise or similar accounting software preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare relevant MIS reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
