Manager - Product Lead

Job Description :

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify needs, define technical requirements, and deliver solutions that address legal and regulatory challenges.
• Spearhead the integration of enterprise legal solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between internal systems and third-party tools.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of internal legal applications, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead the development of legal applications, tools, and automation, focusing on reliability, scalability, and user experience. Ability to manage the integration of third-party products, ensuring they are effectively implemented, customized, and kept up-to-date.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using MERN Stack (MSSQL, MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and the ability to design scalable systems.
• Familiarity with front-end development using frameworks like React.js and state management tools like Redux.
• Experience with SQL databases like MSSQL and good knowledge of query optimization.
• Understanding of server-side rendering and React Hooks.
• Experience with Version Control Systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices (clean code, testing, versioning).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or other API query languages.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
