What youll do:

1.Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOX compliance programs.

2.Perform testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

3.Document and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

4.Collaborate with process owners to develop and implement remediation plans for control deficiencies.

5.Prepare and present reports on the status of SOX compliance and internal controls to management.

6.Support internal and external audits related to SOX compliance.
