Job Description :
- Proven experience as CSR or as back office operation expert in life insurance Policy management, with 4+ years relevant experience.
- Experienced with experimenting and with testing new functionalities of life insurance policy administration systems Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, QC) and SQL - advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Life Insurance domain knowledge mandatory
