KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO implementations and enhancements.
- Configure SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO modules to meet business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
- Lead and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support
- Provide expertise in integrating SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO with other SAP modules and external systems
- Perform system enhancements and optimizations to improve performance, usability, and scalability of SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO modules, ensuring timely resolution of production incidents and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay current with SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO configuration, development, and support activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP S/4HANA FI-CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
- Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
- Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
- Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g., RDS´s, best practices implementation guides).
- Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge on FI-CO standard and localized scenarios.
- Experience developing/deployment as FI-CO resource on projects and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas
- Desired but not mandatory:
- Knowledge on IBP;
- Knowledge on ABAP programming (debugging);
- Background on SAP Solution Manager/ALM Topics (functionalities & tools).
