This is a temporary remote role for a Recruitment Specialist at Santriya Technologies. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The role involves interaction with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrate exceptional hiring and recruiting skills to identify and attract top talent. 2. Utilize strong interviewing and communication abilities to assess candidate qualifications. 3. Source and screen profiles based on job specifications and client requirements using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking. 4. Leverage technical knowledge and awareness of leading technologies to identify the best-fit candidates. 5. Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. 6. Handle the full life cycle of contract/full-time IT recruitment processes (end-to-end recruitment). 7. Collaborate with and lead the recruitment team to drive positive results. 8. Exhibit high energy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to work. 9. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates effectively. 10. Stay adaptable to new technologies and evolving business environments. 11. Understand and explain technical job requirements for various IT roles. 12. Coordinate all recruitment activities, including posting job positions, pre-screening, interviewing, interview arrangements, and closing roles. 13. Negotiate salaries, prepare offers, and manage selection processes efficiently. 14. Operate billing tasks related to recruitment, including raising invoices, maintaining MIS records, and following up on payments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with high-volume recruitment experience in greenfield and brownfield projects. Strong sourcing and screening expertise with a demonstrated ability to identify the right talent. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of urgency and flexibility. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a results-driven mindset. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of IT and leading technologies is an added advantage. Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
